Where necessary to fulfil your request, data is shared with suppliers and courier companies, limited to what the work requires. Beyond that, lawful requests from authorised public bodies apply.

How long we keep it
Request records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and the relevant legislation require, then deleted or anonymised.

Security
Your data is stored so that no one but authorised administrator accounts can reach it; access to the admin panel is limited by per-user permissions.
